NOVELTY - Manufacture of folic acid-wheat germ agglutinin-graphene nano-drug carrier involves mixing 100 mL distilled water and 20 g L-ascorbic acid, stirring, supplying nitrogen gas, adding 5 g L-lysine-grafted graphene oxide, stirring for 24 hours, filtering, washing with distilled water, vacuum drying, adding 2.50 g 6-carboxy- gamma -cyclodextrin and 0.50 g folic acid to 50 mL distilled water, stirring, dissolving at room temperature, stirring, dispersing under nitrogen atmosphere, cooling to 0 degrees C, 3 g 30% 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide aqueous solution and 2 g 10% aqueous N-hydroxysuccinimide solution, reacting at 0 degrees C for 2 hours and 25 degrees C for 48 hours, filtering, washing with distilled water, vacuum drying to obtain a black solid powder, dispersing the black powder in 500 mL water, adding sodium chloride and 0.2 g wheat germ agglutinin, and ultrasonically treating at 50 Hz for 1 hour. USE - Manufacture of folic acid-wheat germ agglutinin-graphene nano-drug carrier. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of folic acid-wheat germ agglutinin-graphene nano-drug carrier with high dual targeting factor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of folic acid-wheat germ agglutinin-graphene nano-drug carrier involves dispersing 10 g graphene oxide having purity of 99%, thickness of 5 nm or less, and size of 2-8 mu m in 100 mL chloroform, heating to 55 degrees C, 5.5 g thionyl chloride and 2 g N-methylpyrrolidone, reacting for 3 hours, cooling to 25 degrees C, centrifuging at rate of 3000 rpm for 10 minutes, freeze-drying to obtain acyl chloride-modified graphene oxide, adding 5 g L-lysine to 50 mL distilled water, stirring, dissolving at 25 degrees C, cooling to 10 degrees C, adding acyl chloride-modified graphene oxide, stirring for 5 hours, heating to 30 degrees C for 2 hours, cooling to 25 degrees C, washing with absolute ethanol, lyophilizing to obtain L-lysine-grafted graphene oxide, mixing 100 mL distilled water and 20 g L-ascorbic acid, stirring, supplying nitrogen gas, adding 5 g L-lysine-grafted graphene oxide, stirring for 24 hours, filtering, washing with distilled water, vacuum drying, adding 2.50 g 6-carboxy- gamma -cyclodextrin and 0.50 g folic acid to 50 mL distilled water, stirring, dissolving at room temperature, stirring, dispersing under nitrogen atmosphere, cooling to 0 degrees C, 3 g 30% 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide aqueous solution and 2 g 10% aqueous N-hydroxysuccinimide solution, reacting at 0 degrees C for 2 hours, reacting at 25 degrees C for 48 hours, filtering, washing with distilled water, vacuum drying to obtain a black solid powder, dispersing the black powder in 500 mL water, adding sodium chloride and 0.2 g wheat germ agglutinin, and ultrasonically treating at 50 Hz for 1 hour.
