USE - Method for producing high-efficiency knitted fabric jacquard. ADVANTAGE - The produced high-efficiency knitted fabric jacquard fabric has compact structure, more uniform mesh distribution, and strong comfortable use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing high-efficiency knitted fabric jacquard involves weaving fabric from kapok polyester fiber with a fineness of 45-65 S and a mixed yarn of 40-50 S on a double-sided circular knitting machine, putting the dyeing machine into water at a liquor ratio of 1:15, heating the water to 35-45℃, putting into the cloth, adding bleaching aid, where the bleaching aid includes 10-15 g/l non-ionic penetrant, 10-15 g/l stabilizer, 2-5 g/l anti-wrinkle agent, 20-40 g/l caustic soda, and 50-70 g/l hydrogen peroxide, heating the solution in the dyeing machine up to 80-90℃ at a rate of 2.2-2.8℃/minutes, keeping warming, boiling, bleaching for 30-35 minutes, draining, washing, dehydrating, putting water into a dyeing machine at a bath ratio of 1:15, putting fabric, antibacterial agent, 5-15 g/l NT-504F cross-linking agent, 5-10 g/l NT-XR603D softener, 50-60 g/l NT-X018 water-repellent into the dyeing machine, heating the solution in the dyeing machine up to 40-50℃ at a rate of 2.2-2.8℃/minutes, performing heat preservation operation of the dyeing machine for 25-35 minutes, draining the liquid, washing with water at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, using the padding method to waterproof the fabric, preparing a vegetable dye bath, placing the antibacterial treated fabric in the vegetable dye bath, where the dye bath ratio is 1:9, the dyeing pH is 5.5-6.5, raising the temperature to 85-95℃, the heating rate is 2.2-2.8°C/minutes, and the dyeing time is 45-55minutes, taking out the dyed fabric, washing for later use, putting the dyed fabric into the mordant dyeing solution, adding a dyeing auxiliary agent in a bath ratio of 1:7.5, heating to 40℃, preserving heat for 30 minutes, taking out the mordant dyed cotton yarn, washing with water for later use, where the mordant dyeing solution comprises 1.5-1.8 g/l acetic acid and 0.8-2.5 g/l ferrous sulfate solution, adding acetic acid, adding the ferrous sulfate during preparation, performing spunlace and jacquard on the fabric subjected to the back media dyeing bath by a rotary drum at the same time, where the jacquard adopts manual platen jacquard or cloth machine printing jacquard, forming a predetermined pattern on the surface of the fabric, soaking the fabric in water with specific bath ratio of 1:5, adding a UV-resistant agent into the padding machine, soaking the fabric in the padding machine at normal temperature for 180 minutes to fully soak the fabric, rolling out excess water in the fabric through the padding machine, where the mangle ratio is 60-70%, drying the fabric in a dryer at the drying temperature of 85-95℃ at the drying speed of 10-12 m/minutes, and performing high-temperature tentering on the fabric on a setting machine.
