NOVELTY - High temperature resistant complex liquid silicone rubber comprises 80-120 pts. wt. methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 15-30 pts. wt. dimethylcyclosiloxane, 12-22 pts. wt. polymethyl hydrogen siloxane, 8-14 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 3-8 pts. wt. inhibitor, 1-5 pts. wt. high temperature resistant additive, 30-40 pts. wt. filler, 4-7 pts. wt. tackifier, and 0.5-2 pts. wt. catalyst. USE - High temperature resistant complex liquid silicone rubber for energy power, industrial metallurgy and traffic transportation. Uses include but are not limited to light industry, chemical engineering, mechanical and medicine. ADVANTAGE - The high temperature resistant complex liquid silicone rubber has good mechanical property, good high temperature resistance, flame retardance and electric insulation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high temperature resistant complex liquid silicone rubber comprising (i) adding methyl vinyl silicone rubber, dimethylcyclosiloxane, polymethyl hydrogen siloxane, cross-linking agent, inhibitor in the rubber mixing device, mixing for 15-25 minutes at 62-70℃, then adding high temperature resistant additive, filler, tackifier, catalyst, mixing for 40-80 minutes at 25-35℃ to obtain the mixture, (ii) filling the mixture into the mold, placing and curing for 10-20 hours at room temperature, after curing, and discharging to obtain the high temperature resistant complex liquid silicone rubber.
