▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Organic composite phase change heat storage material comprises organic phase change materials, framework materials and high thermal conductivity materials. USE - Used as organic composite phase change heat storage material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has large latent heat of phase transition and high thermal conductivity; excellent chemical stability, long cycle life, non-toxic, non-corrosive, harmless to the environment and human body; is economical; and has simple manufacturing process, which is beneficial to large-scale production and application in industry. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material, comprising preparing the organic phase change material, framework material and high thermal conductivity material by grinding and mixing, heating and melting, and cooling and solidifying, specifically comprises (1) charging the 5-50 wt.% framework material, 0.1-20 wt.% high thermal conductivity material and 49.9-94.9 wt.% organic phase change material into the mill, and grinding at temperature lower than 25℃ for 2-30 minutes to obtain powder, (2) uniformly mixing the organic phase change material powder, framework material powder and high thermal conductivity material powder obtained in the step (1) and placing into metal mold for sealing treatment, sending to muffle furnace for heating, setting the temperature at 50-330℃, where the heating rate is 15-30℃ per minute, and taking out the material in the molten state after holding for 0.5-1 hour, and (3) taking out the heated mold and material in the step (2) from the muffle furnace, and taking out the solidified composite phase change material after cooling.
