▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Three dimensional graphene ball comprises carbon balls derived from carbohydrates; a coating layer for coating the carbon balls with silver particles; and a graphene region formed between the carbon ball and the coating layer, where the graphene region is irregularly formed in the upper part of the carbon ball. The carbohydrate contains aldehyde group. The carbon ball has a metal salt catalyst. USE - The three dimensional graphene ball is useful in composition for shielding electromagnetic waves (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The three dimensional graphene ball has excellent adhesion to silver, high heat dissipation properties and spherical powder form; and can uniformly coat base material. The method can form spherical graphene balls using hydrothermal synthesis. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT claims are also included for: (1) composition for shielding electromagnetic waves comprising three dimensional graphene ball; and (2) producing three dimensional graphene ball, comprising (a) hydrothermally synthesizing carbohydrates containing metal salt catalyst to produce carbon balls, (b) forming silver particle coating layer coating the carbon balls, and (c) heat treating to form graphene region on the carbon balls having the coating layer.
