▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-coated lithium battery cathode material comprises nano-scale semiconductor wafer cluster coated with graphene. USE - Used as graphene-coated lithium battery cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The cathode material: has excellent conductivity and improved electrochemical property; improves charging and discharging rate of the battery; enhances transmission of material surface electrons, while the lithium ion embedding and de-embedding process; adjusts volume change of the material; and reduces volume change to influence the performance of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-coated lithium battery cathode material, comprising (i) adding precursor in a reaction kettle, (ii) adding the oxidized graphene into precursor, stirring for 20-60 minutes and mixing uniformly, (iii) sealing the reaction kettle, heating for 5-24 hours, washing, and then drying at 120-180 degrees C, and (iv) dissolving the product in carbon disulfide, washing, drying, and then sintering to obtain final product.
