NOVELTY - A nano-porous graphene has single-layer structure or multi-layer structure formed by stacking single-layer structure. The single-layer structure has graphene structural units (I). USE - Nano-porous graphene used as channel material for preparing field effect transistor and photoelectric tubes (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-porous graphene is prepared by a simple method under mild reaction conditions, and has large lateral scale, high order and high field effect mobility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A nano-porous graphene has single-layer structure or multi-layer structure formed by stacking single-layer structure. The single-layer structure has graphene structural units of formula (I). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nano-porous graphene, which involves dissolving phenol-containing compound of formula (II) as monomer (A), halo-phenol-containing compound of formula (III) as monomer (B) and catalyst in organic solvent under the protection of inert gas to obtain an organic solution, dissolving alkali in water to form an alkaline aqueous solution, placing the organic solution and alkaline aqueous solution in the container to form an interface and leaving still at 0-100 degrees C for 1-60 days. X = group chosen from groups of formulae (a)-(d);and Y' = halo, p-toluenesulfonyl or triflate.
