NOVELTY - Composition of a film having an antibacterial activity or a repellent activity against pest and microorganism comprises: a polymer matrix comprising polylactic acid; 0.5-1 wt.% cellulose nanofibers based on polylactic acid; 0.25-0.75 wt.% graphene oxide based on polylactic acid; and 5-10 wt.% compound having an antibacterial activity or a repellent activity against pest and microorganism based on polylactic acid, where the compound is an essential oil. USE - The composition is useful: as antibacterial agent or a repellent agent against pest and microorganism (claimed); preventing the economic loss due to the pest attack, e.g. birds, insects and rodents; as a material in agricultural field; as a packaging material in food industry; and for wrapping for unripe fruits.
