NOVELTY - Composite water-based epoxy resin doped with modified graphene oxide comprises 0.1-1 wt.% acid chlorinated graphene oxide, 20-40 wt.% epoxy resin, 12-24 wt.% p-aminobenzoic acid, 4-8 wt.% N,N-dimethylethanolamine, 10-20 wt.% ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and 30-40 wt.% water. The composite water-based epoxy resin doped with modified graphene oxide is prepared by heating epoxy resin to 70-130 degrees C to melt and dilute, adding acid chlorinated graphene oxide, stirring at high speed for 2-8 hours, then controlling the temperature at 120-140 degrees C, adding ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, stirring for 5-30 minutes, then adding p-aminobenzoic acid and continuously reacting for 6 to 10 hours, then lowering the temperature to 70-90 degrees C, adding N,N-dimethylethanolamine dropwise, and reacting for 30-60 minutes, then adding the resulting product is with water and dispersing at high speed to obtain a composite water-based epoxy resin doped with modified graphene oxide. USE - Used as composite water-based epoxy resin doped with modified graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method has mild reaction and controllable reaction process, saves energy and is environmentally friendly.
