NOVELTY - The mechanical sensor has an upper flexible substrate, an upper sensitive layer, an upper electrode layer, a lower electrode layer, a lower sensitive layer, a lower flexible microstructured substrate, and a packaging structure. The upper electrode layer includes silver electrode and whose electrode lead-out ends, including copper wire and conductive tape. The silver electrode is connected to the upper sensitive layer, and the copper wire is connected to the silver electrode, which is fixed by conductive tape. The bottom electrode includes silver electrodes and whose electrode lead-out ends covered with copper wire and conductive tape. The silver electrodes are respectively located at the two ends of the lower sensitive layer, and connected to the lower sensitive layer, and copper wires are connected to the silver electrodes at both ends, which are fixed by conductive tape. The upper and lower flexible substrates are encapsulated by adhesive polydimethylsiloxane. USE - Flexible wearable mechanical sensor for monitoring various physiological signals and limb movements such as pulse, heart rate, joint activity, etc., and providing effective information for athletes training, injury rehabilitation and other scenarios. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing distinguishing and judging of human action under complex strain condition of joint, external force pressing and skin stretching, optimizing stress detection range adaptive to the sensor, and ensuring that the sensor can work normally when the human joint is moved.
