NOVELTY - A ternary blending rubber composite material is prepared by refining gutta-percha at 70-100 degrees C for 20-45 minutes and natural rubber, standing treatment at room temperature, blending at 80-95 degrees C, mixing for 20-40 minutes, adding 2-20 wt.% graphene and auxiliary agent, cooling, vulcanizing at 145-155 degrees C at 18-22 MPa, and maintaining pressure for 55-60 minutes. The mass ratio gutta-percha and natural rubber is 1:7-9.5. USE - Ternary blending rubber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has simple process, high mechanical property, and good aging resistance and corrosion resistance.
