NOVELTY - Non-phosphate pre-treatment agent (per l) comprises 30-40 g zirconium nitrate pentahydrate, 70-80 g fluorozirconic acid aqueous solution, 5-8 g hexahydrate nitric acid lanthanum, 3-6 g cerium nitrate hexahydrate, 9-12 g nitric acid solution, 3-5 g rust inhibitor, 200-300 g graphene oxide aqueous solution, 80-100 g benzene polyoxyethylene ether surfactant, 100-150 g organic solvent, and remaining of water. USE - The non-phosphate pre-treatment agent is used for metal surface treatment, where the metal surface is metal material surface treatment industry. ADVANTAGE - The phosphorus-free pre-treatment agent has good water washing oil removing ability and good adhesive force and corrosion resistance, film-forming two-in-one, and improves the oil removing efficiency by reducing the stability of the emulsified oil so as to improve the oil-water separation temperature condition, and prolongs the service life of the working liquid caused by the accumulation of the oil in the current groove liquid.
