▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing conductive foam-based electronic skin comprises (i) mixing carbon nanomaterials, surfactant and water and carrying out first dispersion to obtain carbon nanomaterial dispersion, mixing magnetic microspheres and aqueous polyurethane dispersion and carrying out second dispersion to obtain magnetic microsphere dispersion, (ii) mixing the carbon nanomaterial dispersion liquid with magnetic microsphere dispersion liquid, and stirring under vacuum conditions to obtain mixed liquid, (iii) placing the mixed solution in mold, and then placing the mold in magnetic field with magnetic field strength of 0.5-1.5 T for 15-30 minutes, and (iv) freeze-drying the product obtained in step (iii) to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing conductive foam-based electronic skin which can be used as active sensitive material needed by the piezoresistive sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation process, no volatile organic compounds (VOC), environmental protection, stably preparing conductive foam-based electronic skin without subsequent cutting or cutting, directly can be used as the active sensitive material needed by the piezoresistive sensor, and is environment-friendly.
