▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Achieving uniform film type deposition of functionalized graphene platelets on carbon fiber fabric comprises: preparing an aqueous solution comprising magnesium salt(s) and solvent(s); subjecting the solution to sonication to obtain a sonicated solution; dispersing functionalized platelets in the solution; sonicating the suspension solution; immersing a pre-deposited fabric into the uniformly dispersed solution; performing sonication-assisted electrophoretic deposition on the fabric; and drying the fabric. The magnesium salt and platelets are present in a dispersion ratio of mass concentration. USE - The method is useful for achieving uniform film type deposition of functionalized graphene platelets on carbon fiber fabric of carbon fiber reinforced polymer composite, used in aerospace, military, wind power apparatus and high-grade civil products. ADVANTAGE - The carbon fiber fabric has excellent tensile strength, tensile modulus and strain, and high specific strength and stiffness, and is light in weight, and has excellent strength and low specific weight properties.
