▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Structurally regularity mesoporous carbon structure comprises a graphene skeleton connected three-dimensionally in a structurally regular manner, and includes a graphene tube. USE - The structurally regularity mesoporous carbon structure is useful as an electrocatalyst support and energy storage medium, i.e. energy conversion and storage devices, chemical and petroleum processes and gas separation. ADVANTAGE - The structurally regularity mesoporous carbon structure can simultaneously realize regular mesoporosity, large specific surface area and pore volume, and high electrical conductivity, and carbon structure having excellent structural properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) hydrogen evolution catalyst comprising structurally regularity mesoporous carbon structure, and a catalyst supported on the carbon structure; (2) fuel cell comprising catalyst electrode containing hydrogen evolution catalyst; (3) water electrolysis system comprising catalyst electrode containing hydrogen evolution catalyst and a basic electrolyte; and (4) producing structurally regularity mesoporous carbon structure, comprising preparing a mesoporous template, supporting a transition metal precursor on the mesoporous template, implanting a carbon source and carbonizing to form a transition metal carbide, removing the mesoporous template, and removing the transition metal carbide.
