NOVELTY - Vulcanized powder rubber and polyvinyl chloride composite water pipe comprises 29-30 pts. wt. ultra-fine vulcanized powder rubber, 68-70 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride SG-3, 2-2.3 pts. wt. zinc oxide nano-wires, 3-3.2 pts. wt. cerium nitrate, 70-80 pts. wt. deionized water, 1.6-1.8 pts. wt. butyl acrylate, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate, 1.8-2 graphene microchip, 1.2-1.4 pts. wt. tetrabutyl titanate, 0.4-0.5 pts. wt. water glass, 2.6-2.8 pts. wt. dodecafluoroheptylpropyltrimethoxysilane, 60-70 pts. wt. ethanol and 15-16 pts. wt. ammonia. USE - Vulcanized powder rubber and polyvinyl chloride composite water pipe. ADVANTAGE - The vulcanized powder rubber and polyvinyl chloride composite water pipe has water resistance, aging resistance and tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing vulcanized powder rubber and polyvinyl chloride composite water pipe, which involves: (A) mixing graphene micro-chip and tetrabutyl titanate uniformly; (B) adding 3-4 pts. wt. ethanol and mixing uniformly; (C) adding water glass, uniformly mixing, drying and crushing to 100 mesh sieve to obtain modified graphene microchip; (D) mixing modified graphene microchip, cerium nitrate and deionized water, stirring to obtain solution; (E) adding ultra-fine fully vulcanized powder rubber and slowly adding ammonia water into mixture while stirring for 3-3.5hours; (F) filtering and drying to obtain powder; (G) mixing butyl acrylate and dodecafluoroheptyl propyltrimethoxysilane; (H) adding ethanol and uniformly stirring; (I) adding the powder and zinc oxide nanowires, stirring uniformly; (J) adding ammonium persulfate, heating to 60-70 degrees C and stirring for 30-40 minutes; (K) filtering and drying to obtain modified superfine fully vulcanized powder rubber; (L) mixing the modified superfine fully vulcanized powder rubber with other remaining components at 40 rotations per minute and 180-185 degrees C for 10-12 minutes; and (M) performing granulation and injection molding to obtain the desired product.
