▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing small sized graphene comprises (a) mixing graphite powder with a solvent to obtain graphite mixed solution, (b) transferring the solution into a container, simultaneously mixing by a mixer equipped with stator and rotor, where the rotor is set with a homogenizing head below the liquid level, (c) starting a cooling system to maintain a constant temperature, and stirring at a high speed and (d) allowing to stand, centrifugally separating, removing the particles, which are not completely stripped, and collecting supernatant to obtain stable small sized graphene dispersion liquid. USE - The method is useful for preparing small sized graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: uses a rotor for high speed rotation to drive fluid with high speed to produce high speed gradient, and high cutting force; carries out refining and separation of graphite sheet by high speed impinging of high speed fluid and lug boss stator hole wall; has less investment for devices; is economical, simple and easy; has high yield; and is suitable for laboratory and large-scale industrial production. The graphene product has centralized distribution with single ratio.
