▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Wet preparation of brominated isobutylene isoprene rubber/polyethylene (BIIR/PE) blended functional composite film involves preparing brominated isobutylene isoprene rubber and polyethylene mixed solution, in a mass ratio of 1:9-9:1 and adding a certain amount of xylene as a solvent, magnetically stirring for several hour in an oil bath pot at 110-140 degrees C, adding 1 wt.% antioxidant 1010 (Pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate)), continuously stirring until the blend is fully dissolved, cooling to 80 degrees C, adding a composite vulcanizing agent after fully stirring, pouring it into a clean glass plate surface, and scraping it into film with a scraper, adding the sample film into an oven for vulcanization at 80-120 degrees C, and drying. USE - Wet preparation of brominated isobutylene isoprene rubber/polyethylene blended functional composite film. Uses include but are not limited to film product, injection molded product, medical appliance, medicine and food packaging material, and blow molding hollow molding products. ADVANTAGE - The method enables wet preparation of brominated isobutylene isoprene rubber/polyethylene blended functional composite film has excellent barrier property and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of brominated isobutylene isoprene rubber/polyethylene/graphene oxide composite material, which involves (S1) modifying graphene oxide by octadecylamine, completely replacing the carboxyl group in graphene oxide by amino group, (S2) preparing dissolving agent by dissolving the modified graphene oxide in xylene at 0.01g/50 mL, and (S3) preparing composite materials by preparing the brominated isobutylene isoprene rubber/polyethylene mixed solution, adding 1 wt.% dissolving agent and magnetically stirring in an oil bath pot at 120 degrees C, adding 1 wt.% antioxidant 1010 (Pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate)) and 13 wt.% chlorinated polyethylene, continuously stirring after the blend is fully dissolved, dripping 1-3 wt.% xylene solution containing ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene, adding composite vulcanizing agent after reducing temperature, stirring, scraping and coating into film, and performing vulcanization treatment and heat treatment of vulcanized film.
