▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/lithium iron phosphate composite cathode material comprises weighing lithium source, iron source and phosphate source in a molar ratio of 1:1:1, adding lithium source, iron source and phosphate source into graphene oxide solution under the catalysis of ethylenediamine, carrying out hydrothermal reaction at 160-220 degrees C for 8-16 hours to obtain graphene/lithium iron phosphate precursor material, and then performing high temperature calcination at 400-800 degrees C for 2-8 hours under argon gas atmosphere to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/lithium iron phosphate composite cathode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/lithium iron phosphate composite cathode material has excellent electrochemical performance and is suitable for industrial production.
