NOVELTY - Manufacture of hyaluronic acid-modified titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composite-anti-tumor agent nanolayer involves mixing titania-graphene oxide nanocomposite and solvent, adding 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide, stirring, adding aminated hyaluronic acid, stirring, crystallizing, filtering, dialyzing to obtain hyaluronic acid-modified titanium dioxide-graphene oxide nanocomposite, mixing nanocomposite with water, ultrasonically-processing, adding anticancer agent-ethanol solution, stirring, dialyzing and lyophilizing. USE - Manufacture of hyaluronic acid-modified titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composite-anti-tumor agent nanolayer used in tumor near-infrared imaging diagnosis and tumor treatment (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of hyaluronic acid-modified titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composite material-anti-tumor agent nanolayer involves dissolving 0.25-0.75 g titanium sulfate in 10-30 ml water, adding 80-240 mg graphene oxide, stirring for 4 hours, adding 0.262-0.786 g cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, stirring for 12 hours, heating at 120-150 degrees C for 48-96 hours, centrifuging, drying, washing with water, filtering, vacuum-drying filter cake at 60-80 degrees C for 12-24 hours, calcining at 350-450 degrees C for 2-4 hours to obtain titania-graphene oxide nanocomposite, adding 100-200 mg hyaluronic acid to 5-20 ml water or ethanol as solvent, heating to 50 degrees C, cooling to room temperature, adding 200-500 mg 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and 150-310 mg hydroxysuccinimide, stirring at room temperature for 30 minutes, adding 0.5-2 ml ethylenediamine and acetone, crystallizing, precipitating aminated hyaluronic acid crystals, filtering, freeze-drying to obtain aminated hyaluronic acid, mixing 45-120 mg titania-graphene oxide nanocomposite and 30-50 ml solvent, adding 346-841 mg 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and 206-610 mg N-hydroxysuccinimide, stirring at room temperature for 10-18 hours, adding 50-150 mg aminated hyaluronic acid, stirring at room temperature for 8-24 hours, crystallizing, filtering, dialyzing to obtain hyaluronic acid-modified titanium dioxide-graphene oxide nanocomposite, mixing hyaluronic acid-modified titanium dioxide-graphene oxide nanocomposite with water, ultrasonically-processing, adding anticancer agent-ethanol solution, stirring at room temperature for 24 hours, dialyzing and lyophilizing.
