▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing aqueous silver-plated graphene highly conductive coating comprises mixing graphene as A in g, silver and water as B in ml and mixing under ultrasonic for 0.5-1 hours, then adding silver ion as C in g and ammonia solution as D ml, stirring, adding 1.5-3 times the amount of silver molar amount of reducing agent, and then stirring, placing reaction system at 40-70 degrees C for 10-60 minutes, adding epoxy emulsion as E in g into mixture, then adding fumed silica as F in g, high-speed stirring and then adding polyamide 650 curing agent as G in g emulsion and then stirring. USE - The method is useful for preparing aqueous silver-plated graphene highly conductive coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating: has low resistivity and excellent corrosion resistance, grounding resistance and the corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing aqueous silver-plated graphene highly conductive coating comprises taking graphene as A in g and silver, water as B in ml and mixing under ultrasonic for 0.5-1 hours, then adding silver ion as C in g and ammonia solution as D ml, stirring, adding 1.5-3 times the amount of silver molar amount of reducing agent, and then stirring, placing reaction system at 40-70 degrees C for 10-60 minutes, adding epoxy emulsion as E in g into mixture, then adding fumed silica as F in g, high-speed stirring and then adding polyamide 650 curing agent as G in g emulsion and then stirring to obtain final product, where the ratio between A, B, C, D, E, F and G is 0.5-1.5:50-100:20-72:0.05-0.15:20-72. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for aqueous silver-plated graphene highly conductive coating obtained by above method.
