USE - Method for preparing 3D-structured rGO-MWCNT-Pd sensor that is utilized for detecting unlabeled porcine parvovirus. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing 3D-structured rGO-MWCNT-Pd sensor with large specific surface area, better biological compatibility and high catalytic efficiency, and detecting unlabeled porcine parvovirus with improved sensitivity and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A 3D-structured reduced graphene oxide-multi-walled carbon nanotube-palladium nanocomposite (rGO-MWCNT-Pd) sensor preparing method involves grinding glass carbon electrode with diameter of 4 mm with aluminum oxide polishing powder, cleaning the glass carbon electrode with clean super-pure water, adding 6 mu l rGO-MWCNT-Pd solution with concentration of 0.5-2 mg/ml onto the surface of the glass carbon electrode, and drying the glass carbon electrode under room temperature. 6 mu l porcine parvovirus antibody with concentration of 5-10 mu g/ml is added dropwise onto the surface of the glass carbon electrode and dried at 4 degrees C in refrigerator. The glass carbon electrode is washed with super-pure water and dried at 4 degrees C in refrigerator. 3 mu l bovine serum albumin solution with concentration of 1-2 mass% is added dropwise onto the surface of the glass carbon electrode to close non-specific active sites on the electrode surface and dried at 4 degrees C in refrigerator. The glass carbon electrode is washed with super-pure water and dried at 4 degrees C in refrigerator. 6 mu l series of different concentrations of 0.01-25 ng/ml of porcine parvovirus antigen standard solution is added dropwise onto the surface of the glass carbon electrode and dried at 4 degrees C in refrigerator. The glass electrode is washed with super-pure water and dried at 4 degrees C in refrigerator to obtain the 3D-structured rGO-MWCNT-Pd sensor.
