▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing nano-enzyme for detecting urine sugar, involves (a) preparing gold nano particles colloid solution, and (b) preparing gold with copper oxide nanometre composite material. USE - The nano-enzyme uses a new strategy for detecting glucose in urine, technology for dynamic monitoring and evaluation of human glucose, diagnosis and monitoring of diabetes. Can also be used as an electrochemical sensor (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-enzyme raw material content can be low but easy to obtain. The preparation step is simple and smart. Laser-induced graphene electrode (LIG) is disposable, with high sensitivity, high specific degree, fast response time, low cost and has very good for clinical popularization.
