NOVELTY - Method for deeply removing molybdenum from manganese sulfate solution using electrolytic manganese dioxide, involves (a) heating manganese sulfate solution for performing deep purification at 40-50 degrees C, adding sodium hydroxide solution, uniformly stirring, introducing compressed air, and reacting to obtain manganese oxide turbid solution as molybdenum removal agent, (b) taking manganese sulfate solution after removing heavy metal of vulcanizing agent, adjusting the pH value to 3, adding obtained molybdenum removal agent, and uniformly stirring at 45-55 degrees C for 25-35 minutes, and (c) adjusting the pH value of reaction solution to 2.5, adding graphene powder, uniformly stirring at 40-50 degrees C for 40-60 minutes, and performing press filtration for removing precipitate to obtain manganese sulfate solution with deep molybdenum removal. USE - Method for deeply removing molybdenum from manganese sulfate solution using electrolytic manganese dioxide. ADVANTAGE - The method makes full use of deeply purified manganese sulfate solution, cheap air, sodium hydroxide and graphene obtained in electrolytic manganese dioxide production process, realizes molybdenum removal, ensures excellent molybdenum removal effect, and is simple, safe, economical and environmentally-friendly.
