NOVELTY - Preparing high performance composite material bipolar plate involves obtaining raw material, where the raw material comprises conductive aggregate, reinforcing fiber and polymer resin. The conductive aggregate, reinforcing fiber and polymer resin are placed in a mixing machine to mix to obtain blending material. The blending material is placed in a shot blasting machine to blast and granulate to obtain granule material. The granular material is placed in an oven to dry. The dried granule material is placed in a compression molding mold to form a fuel cell bipolar plate. USE - Method for preparing high performance composite material bipolar plate. ADVANTAGE - The method improves uniformity of the mixed material, simplifies the production process, and realizes mass production. The bipolar plate has excellent electrical performance.
