▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing carbon nanotubes reduced graphene oxide hybrid polydimethylsiloxane membrane comprises preparing a membrane casting solution, scraping a flat membrane, and performing a thermal crosslinking step, adding nonionic surfactant is to a solvent together with carbon nanotubes, reduced graphene oxide and polydimethylsiloxane, and promoting dispersion of carbon nanotubes and reduced graphene oxide by using the containing and steric hindrance effect provided by the nonionic surfactant, adsorbing the one-dimensional carbon nanotubes modified by the surfactant on the surface of the two-dimensional reduced graphene oxide through intermolecular interaction and forming the carbon nanotubes reduced graphene oxide three-dimensional layered stacking structure in situ in the polydimethylsiloxane film, and providing a selective permeation channel for the organic solvent and scraping the flat membrane to obtain the support membrane and performing thermal crosslinking treatment. USE - The membrane is useful for organic solvent recovery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The membrane has strong adsorption properties for organic solvent molecules, and greatly improves the pervaporation performance of polydimethylsiloxane membranes, and has great application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for carbon nanotubes reduced graphene oxide hybrid polydimethylsiloxane membrane which is prepared by above method.
