NOVELTY - The method involves considering molecular polymer as base material, where the base material is mixed with solution at 30-40 minutes for obtaining mixed solution. The mixed solution is heated. A graphene macromolecule polymer material film is added to the mixed solution. The graphene macromolecule polymer material film is cut by a laser corresponding to size of a film body. A speaker diaphragm is punched by the film body. USE - Speaker diaphragm manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving product quality, manufacturing speaker diaphragm in a convenient and simple manner, and saving diaphragm manufacturing time.
