DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene oxide powder is mixed with hydroxide and polymer materials, where hydroxide and polymer materials are selected from sulfur, calcium, magnesium, aluminum, manganese, zinc, iron, cobalt, tin, chromium, gallium lead material.
