NOVELTY - The graphene structure comprises a template having a three-dimensional (3D) shape and a rod shape, a graphene configured to cover a portion of an outer circumference of the template and to surround the outer circumference of the template, a first supporting layer, a first patterned graphene disposed on the first supporting layer, a second supporting layer disposed on the first graphene, a second patterned graphene disposed on the second supporting layer, a third supporting layer disposed on the second graphene, and a third graphene disposed on the third supporting layer. USE - The graphene structure is useful for producing a three-dimensional shape of an electronic circuit, an electronic device or an optical device including sensors or an energy device and a nano-sized mechanical structure, and for protecting or transporting a predetermined or given functional material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene structure can be easily formed with excellent physical and chemical properties thus enhancing operational efficiency of the devices. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The graphene structure comprises a template having a three-dimensional (3D) shape and a rod shape, a graphene configured to cover a portion of an outer circumference of the template and to surround the outer circumference of the template, a first supporting layer, a first patterned graphene disposed on the first supporting layer, a second supporting layer disposed on the first graphene, a second patterned graphene disposed on the second supporting layer, a third supporting layer disposed on the second graphene, and a third graphene disposed on the third supporting layer to form a multi-layer graphene structure including holes. The template is a nanowire and a nanorod. The graphene structure is formed in a hollow tube. The second graphene is separated from a surface of the first graphene in a perpendicular direction. The third graphene is configured to cross and support the first and second graphenes. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of forming a graphene structure.
