NOVELTY - Ship coating comprises component A including 30-50 pts. wt. dimer acid modified epoxy resin, 10-20 pts. wt. fluorosilicone, 5-12 pts. wt. hydroxy carbon nanotubes, 4-8 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, 15-20 pts. wt. tourmaline, 5-10 pts. wt. functionalized graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. bentonite, 1-2 pts. wt. tributyl phosphate, 1-1.5 pts. wt. capsaicin, 0.5-3 pts. wt. compound sterilization component, 3-7 pts. wt. liquid polysulfide rubber, 5-10 pts. wt. hyperbranched polyether, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. methyldiethanolamine, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate, 1-3 pts. wt. hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 5-10 pts. wt. butyl acetate, and 20-40 pts. wt. xylene, and component B including polyamide curing agent. USE - The ship coating is useful for preventing marine organisms from adhering (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating: has good performances and high mechanical strength of the coating film; and can protect seawater corrosion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing ship coating for preventing marine organisms from adhering comprising mixing the tourmaline, functionalized graphene and bentonite, ball milling for 1-5 hours, adding with dimer acid modified epoxy resin, fluorosilicone resin, hydroxycarbon nanotubes, polydimethylsiloxane, butyl acetate, and xylene to the dispersion tank, stirring and dispersing at a speed of 800-1000 revolutions/minute for 30-50 minutes, heating up to 40-50 degrees C, adding liquid polysulfide rubber, hyperbranched polyether, methyldiethanolamine, dioctyl phthalate, hydrogen-containing silicone oil, changing the speed to 1300-1500 revolutions/minute, performing high-speed dispersion for 20-25 minutes, cooling to room temperature, continue to stirring and dispersing for 5-10 minutes and allowing to stand for 30-60 minutes.
