NOVELTY - The sensor has an encapsulation shell (8) whose inner part is arranged on a hollow mounting interlayer (9). A pressure sensing device (10) is provided with an alloy steel elastic substrate (1) that is provided with a signal processing unit (6). The signal processing unit and an alloy steel elastic substrate are provided with a buffer part (7). An upper surface of the alloy steel elastic substrate is arranged on an insulating protecting layer (2). A pressure strain device (3) is arranged on an upper end of the insulating protecting layer and connected with the signal processing unit. A conductive layer (301) is made of metal conductive material. Insulating particles (303) are made of Silica particles. USE - Graphene pressure sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is simple in structure, has prolonged service life, and ensures pressure sensor accuracy and reliability of pressure measurement result according to high temperature condition, so that universality of pressure sensor can be greatly enhanced, thus improving flexibility and mechanical intensity of the sensor.
