NOVELTY - The method involves utilizing aluminum plate as a positive electrode. A pure aluminum is utilized as a negative electrode. An electrolyte is placed. Positive electrode is performed. The electrolyte is contained with sulfuric acid, boric acid, cerium sulfate and polymethyl acrylic acid. The aluminum plate is located and obtained in hole sealing liquid. Hole sealing process is performed according to negative pressure condition. The hole sealing solution is contained with nickel acetate, accelerant, complexing agent, passivation agent and ash inhibiting agent. A curtain wall aluminium plate is obtained. The sealing solution is included with silica sol, silica polysiloxane, aqueous polyurethane and oxidation graphene. USE - High hardness corrosion resistant curtain wall aluminum plate manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing high hardness corrosion resistant curtain wall aluminum plate manufacturing process in a simple manner to improve excellent corrosion resistance, uniformity of oxide film, density, wear resistance and micro-hardness, so that improved quality of hole sealing layer can be increased, thus reducing surface defect and corrosion medium intrusion of the barrier effect, and hence ensuring corrosion resistance of the curtain wall aluminium plate.
