▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nickel-phosphorus-nitrogen-doped graphite oxide foil composite nanomaterial comprises nickel phosphorus (NiP)/nitrogen-graphene foil, where the mass percentage is 5-15 wt.% nickel phosphorus, 0.1-1 wt.% nitrogen, and 84.9-94.9 wt.% graphene foil. USE - Used as nickel-phosphorus-nitrogen-doped graphite oxide foil composite nanomaterial. ADVANTAGE - The nanomaterial has good stability and good product uniformity, flexible batteries, and flexible sensors. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the nickel-phosphorus-nitrogen-doped graphite oxide foil composite nanomaterial, comprising using graphite foil, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, ammonium fluoride, thiourea, nickel nitrate and ultrapure water as raw materials, preparing nitrogen oxide and sulfur atom-doped graphite oxide foil, performing hydrothermal synthesis reaction, washing and drying.
