▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Modifying carbon fiber supporting epoxy resin, comprises (a) mixing epichlorohydrin with bisphenol A and catalyst promoter to form a mixed solution, adding alkaline solution in the mixed solution and reacting to obtain bisphenol A epoxy resin reaction crude liquid, (b) mixing carboxy-terminated nitrile rubber and hydroxy-terminated nitrile rubber with an organic solvent at 70-90℃, adding phosphoric acid solution and reacting, washing and separating the reaction product, and separating organic phase, (c) adding diethylenetriamine, 1-ethyl-carbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide to the nanocellulose solution, and stirring at room temperature, obtaining graphene oxide grafts nanocellulose, and (d) mixing and stirring the organic phase obtained by the bisphenol A epoxy resin reaction thick liquid, graphene oxide grafted nanocellulose, and adding alkaline solution to react, through separation, washing and drying. USE - The method is useful for modification of carbon fiber matched epoxy resin used as base material in chemical process device in adhesive, and coating. ADVANTAGE - The method improves each intensity parameter of the prepared material.
