NOVELTY - Graphene modified high-density polyethylene composite material for rollers comprises 40-60 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 0.5 pts. wt. graphene, 20-40 pts. wt. alkali-free glass fiber, 3-10 pts. wt. anti-wear agent, 5-20 pts. wt. talc, 3-5 pts. wt. adhesive, 2-5 pts. wt. grafting agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. anti-ultraviolet agent, and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. The mixed high-density polyethylene is composed of high-melt index high-density polyethylene and low-melt index high-density polyethylene in a mass ratio of (30-50):(10-20). USE - Used as graphene modified high-density polyethylene composite material for rollers. ADVANTAGE - The composite material meets the basic requirements for making idler products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite material, comprising (i) mixing high-melt index high-density polyethylene and low-melting index high-density polyethylene mill powder to obtain mixed high-density polyethylene, (ii) after surface treatment of graphene and anti-wear agent, adding silane coupling agent for uniform dispersion to obtain graphene/anti-wear agent mixture, (iii) mixing the mixed high-density polyethylene and graphene/wear-resistant agent mixture, and then pre-dispersing and uniformly stirring, (iv) adding the remaining fillers and additives except for the alkali-free glass fiber, mixing and uniformly stirring, and (v) mixing the mixture obtained in step (iv) with the alkali-free glass fiber, extruding and granulating, and obtaining graphene-modified high-density polyethylene composite material for rollers.
