NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene composite material involves emulsifying graphene in an alcohol solution, ultrasonically dispersing for 0.5-1 hour to obtain mixed solution of graphene and alcohol, adding (-200)-400 mesh alloy powder to the mixed solution of graphene and alcohol in batches at 100-500 rpm, mixing at 40-60 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain semi-solid paste-like graphene alloy mixed powder, vacuum degassing the graphene alloy mixed powder and continuously extruding. The alloy powder comprises 0.3-0.7 %mass silicon, less than or equal to 0.5 %mass iron, less than or equal to 0.1 %mass copper, less than or equal to 0.03 %mass manganese, less than or equal to 0.01 %mass zinc, less than or equal to 0.35-0.8 %mass magnesium, less than or equal to 0.03 %mass chromium and balance aluminum. The continuously extruding apparatus comprises extrusion die, core holder arranged on the extrusion die, flow path for guiding the mixing powder comprising axial section, diverting section, and spiral section. USE - Preparation of graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of graphene composite material with improved strength of alloy, conductivity of pure aluminum, uniformity, stability, production efficiency, product yield, performance, dimensional accuracy, finish, and material utilization rate of up to 95%. The method use heat generated by the friction, thereby the saving energy. The method enables continuous production of product without interval time. The method is suitable for mass production even for small batch and multiple batch.
