NOVELTY - Processing water-alcohol solution polyphenyl ether (PPE)/fiberglass masterbatch comprises e.g. dispersing graphene in water to form solution A, mixing silane coupling agent with ethanol to form solution B, preparing solution A and B mixed solution, impregnating ordinary continuous glass fiber with the mixed solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, removing glass fibers, washing twice with acetone, and drying glass fibers, immersing in mixed solution and sonicating, mechanical vibration processing, taking out glass fiber, acetone washing, drying. USE - The method is useful for processing water-alcohol solution polyphenyl ether (PPE)/fiberglass masterbatch (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch has excellent Alcohol-resistant properties reaching TL-VW774 testing requirements, avoids sample surface change and crack, and solves the problem of obvious mechanical property reduction of substrate material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Processing water-alcohol solution polyphenyl ether (PPE)/fiberglass masterbatch comprises (i) dispersing graphene in water to form solution A, mixing silane coupling agent with ethanol to form solution B, preparing solution A and B mixed solution, (ii) impregnating ordinary continuous glass fiber with the mixed solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 15-20 minutes, frequency of 70-80 KHz, allowing to stand for 50-60 minutes, re-treatment of mechanical vibration for 40-60 minutes, the frequency is 500-600 Hz and amplitude is 0.5-1.5 mm, removing glass fibers, washing twice with acetone, and drying at 100-150 degrees C for 60-90 minutes, (iii) drying glass fibers, immersing in mixed solution and sonicating for 25-30 minutes, frequency is 40-50 KHz, allowing to stand for 50-60 minutes, then mechanical vibration processing for 40-60 minutes, 400-500 Hz frequency and amplitude is 0.5-1.5 mm, taking out glass fiber, acetone washing for 2 times, drying at 100-150 degrees C for 60-90 minutes, and (iv) dipping glass fiber in mixed solution and carrying out ultrasonic wave treatment for 25-30 minutes, at frequency of 20-30 KHz, allowing to stand for 50-60 minutes, machine vibration processing for 40-60 minutes, frequency is 300-400 Hz and amplitude is 0.5-1.5 mm, taking out glass fiber, acetone washing for 2 times, drying at 100-150 degrees C for 60-90 minutes, using PPE resin to melt PPE melt, drying the glass fiber from yarn frame, tension roller through regulating tension, entering into melt impregnation die head, mold head realize in glass fiber dispersing and soaking, cooling curing agent particle, preparing PPE/glass fiber mother particle.
