▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of electroconductive adhesive involves adding polydimethylsiloxane, acrylonitrile-styrene resin, polyvinyl formal resin, butadiene rubber, ethanol, tributyl phosphate, methylenediamine, azobisisobutyronitrile and triethylamine to a mixer, stirring (s1) 70-80 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, obtaining a premix, mixing 1-3 pts. wt. graphene and 10-15 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, stirring at 50-70 rpm for 30-50 minutes, obtaining a graphene mixture, mixing resultant with the premix and stirring at 300-450 rpm for 20-25 minutes. USE - Preparation of electroconductive adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of safe electroconductive adhesive having excellent storage stability for long period of time, heat resistance, flame retardance, physical strength, water resistance, moisture resistance and electrical properties, and enables formation of cured product having excellent flexibility and ductility. The adhesive can be stored at room temperature for more than 1 year. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of electroconductive adhesive involves adding 10-15 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5-3 pts. wt. acrylonitrile-styrene resin, 10-15 pts. wt. polyvinyl formal resin, 1-7 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. ethanol, 5-8 pts. wt. tributyl phosphate, 1-7 pts. wt. methylenediamine, 2-4 pts. wt. azobisisobutyronitrile and 1-3 pts. wt. triethylamine to a mixer, stirring (s1) 70-80 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, obtaining a premix, mixing 1-3 pts. wt. graphene and 10-15 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, stirring at 50-70 rpm for 30-50 minutes, obtaining a graphene mixture, mixing resultant with the premix and stirring at 300-450 rpm for 20-25 minutes.
