NOVELTY - Aluminum-based graphene composite material comprises an aluminum substrate and a protective layer provided on the surface of the aluminum substrate, the material of the protective layer is mainly aluminum and contains graphene, non-graphite carbon, titanium, chromium, tungsten, manganese, nickel and vanadium, and the mass percentage of graphene in the protective layer is 0.2-0.5%. USE - Used as aluminum-based graphene composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aluminum-based graphene composite material comprising mixing non-graphite carbon particles, titanium particles, chromium particles, tungsten particles, manganese particles, nickel particles, vanadium particles, aluminum particles and graphene sheets to get mixed powder, and the mixed powder is bonded to the surface of the aluminum substrate by laser cladding to form the protective layer.
