NOVELTY - A powder coating composition comprises a fluorine-containing ethylenic polymer, and a conductive material. The conductive material is at least partially carbon nanotubes. The carbon nanotube is contained at a ratio of 0.01-0.35 %mass of the total amount of the fluorine-containing ethylenic polymer and the conductive material. USE - Powder coating composition used for forming film used as surface layer for laminate and coated article (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The powder coating composition has excellent conductive performance and surface smoothness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: film, which is formed from the powder coating composition; laminate, which comprises the film; and coated article, which comprises the film provides on a metal substrate.
