▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high-orientation graphite heat dissipation film involves preparing the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, performing high orientation process of graphene oxide, freezing and drying to obtain the graphene oxide foam, and reducing by hydrazine hydrate to obtain the reduced graphene oxide foam. The reduced graphene oxide foam is subjected to external pressure to obtain high-orientation graphite radiating film and heat treated at 2000 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing high-orientation graphite heat dissipation film used in field of thermolysis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare high-orientation graphite heat dissipation film which has controllable thickness and thermal conductivity of 2400 Watts per meter Kelvin.
