NOVELTY - Preparation of composite coating involves preparing composite modified titanium dioxide powder, preparing composite titanium dioxide photocatalytically active emulsion and preparing active coating. The composite modified titanium dioxide powder is prepared by mixing 50-70 volume parts butyl titanate, 20-50 volume parts absolute ethanol and 0-30 volume parts deionized water to form solution (A), mixing 10-30 volume parts graphene dispersion, 10-30 volume parts graphene oxide dispersion, 10-30 volume parts graphite-like carbon nitride dispersion, 10-30 volume parts glacial acetic acid, 10-20 volume parts absolute ethanol and 0-20 volume parts deionized water to form solution (B), adding solution (B) to solution (A), adjusting pH to 1.5-2.5, mixing, aging for 12-36 hours, drying in oven at 100 degrees C and baking at 300 degrees C. USE - Preparation of composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The prepared photocatalytically active coating has high photocatalytic efficiency, wide light response range and effectively overcomes difficult recovery of titanium dioxide powder catalyst, low photocatalytic efficiency, easy agglomeration and secondary pollution in the process of photocatalytic reaction. The coating can be reused and reduces the amount of catalyst used.
