NOVELTY - Preparing nanoparticle-modified resin matrix based on direct ultrasonic dispersion method comprises (1) preparing main body resin, adding diluent in main body resin, (2) adding curing agent to main resin and mixing evenly to obtain a resin mixture, and (3) adding nanoparticles into resin mixture, immersing ultrasonic horn in resin mixture, using ultrasonic dispersion and magnetic stirring for dispersing nanoparticles synergistically to obtain nanoparticle-modified resin matrix. USE - The method is useful for preparing nanoparticle-modified resin matrix based on direct ultrasonic dispersion method, which is useful for resin or composite material forming (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The resin matrix improves dispersion uniformity of nano particles in the resin solution, suitable for dispersing reinforcing material e.g. carbon nano-tube, graphene, nano-silicon dioxide, thermoplastic toughening agent, and exerts modified reinforcing effect of nano-material after uniformly dispersing resin.
