▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing flame-retardant hydrophobic biomass-based aqueous polyurethane coating involves (1) preparing 13-30 pts.wt. polyol, 3-6 pts.wt.hydrophilic chain extender and 3-9 pts.wt.hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane uniformly to obtain an alcohol mixture, adding 8-16 pts.wt. polyisocyanate, stirring at 50-90 ℃ for 2-4 hours, adding 2-6 pts.wt.micromolecule chain extender and 2-10 pts.wt. 9, 10-dihydro-9-oxo-10- N, N-bis- (2-hydroxyethyl aminomethyl) -10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide, and stirring obatins isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer,(2)preparing graphene oxide, involves adding 2-6 pts.wt. phytic acid and 0.2-0.9 pts.wt graphene oxide into 300 pts.wt water, mixing, reacting at 50-80 ℃ to obtain phytic acid functionalized graphene oxide solution, adding 0.2-0.9 part of phytic acid functionalized graphene oxide solution and 0.1-2pts.wt dopamine into 300 parts of water, mixing, adjusting pH value to 8-9, and stirring. USE - Method for preparing flame-retardant hydrophobic biomass-based aqueous polyurethane coating which is used in furniture, automobile industry, building, transportation and heat insulation material. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant hydrophobic biomass-based aqueous polyurethane coating has excellent hydrophobicity, flame retardance and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for flame-retardant hydrophobic biomass-based waterborne polyurethane coating prepared by the method, after flame-retardant hydrophobic biomass-based waterborne polyurethane coating is applied to fabric finishing, water contact angle of the fabric can reach more than 140 °.
