USE - Anode material for use in lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anode material is prepared in an environmentally-friendly manner at low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a lithium-ion battery comprising the anode material.
