NOVELTY - Graphene-modified fluorosilicone coating includes component (A) and component (B) in the mass ratio of (95-105):(35-50). The component (A) is composed of 32.5-68.5 parts mass mixed epoxy resin, 25-56 parts mass wear-resistant filler, 0.5-2 parts mass nano graphene, 1-5 parts mass silane coupling agent, and 2-10 parts mass mixed solvent. The component (B) is produced by addition reaction of 8.5-12.5 parts mass plant polyenol, 8.5-12.5 parts mass diethylene triamine, and 15-25 parts mass triethylene tetramine. USE - As graphene-modified fluorosilicone coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has high anticorrosive and wear-resistant properties. The coating improves stress relief, adhesion and anti-corrosion performance, by using mixed epoxy resin, and simultaneously greatly improves the anti-corrosion and penetration performance of the layer through the layer structure of graphene, so as to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion, which is worthy of vigorous promotion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the graphene-modified fluorosilicone coating, involving (a) firstly adding the mixed epoxy resin, wear-resistant filler and nano graphene into the stirring tank, stirring at the speed of 1500-1800 rpm, simultaneously while stirring, adding the mixed solvent and silane coupling agent prepared in proportion, stirring and dispersing for 20-30 minutes, then grinding it with a sand mill to a fineness of 15-20 mu m, filtering and discharging the material to obtain component (A), (b) adding plant polyenephenols, diethylene triamine and triethylene tetramine into the mixing tank, dispersing at a stirring speed of 1200-1600 rpm until uniform for 10-20 minutes, filtering and discharging to obtain component (B), and (c) mixing the prepared component (A) and component (B) based on a certain mass ratio and uniformly stirring to obtain a graphene-modified fluorosilicone coating.
