▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for manufacturing a heat spreader with a metal graphene composite structure, involves (a) performing a sintering step of manufacturing the heat panel by forming a metal powder layer by spraying metal powder on the prepared metal substrate, and heating and injecting graphene fuel to form a heterostructure in which a porous wok having a graphene layer formed on the surface of the inner pores and the metal substrate are bonded, and (b) a shape processing step of manufacturing the heat spreader by shaping the heat panel. USE - The method is s use for manufacturing a heat spreader with a metal graphene composite structure. ADVANTAGE - The method manufactures heat spreader with a high heat dissipation effect by forming a metal graphene composite structure having a porous structure and covering the surface of it with metal. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the heat spreader with the metal graphene composite structure.
