▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Modifying carbon fiber surface using imitated pearl layer structure by electrostatic force comprises (i) soaking the carbon fiber into excessive acetone for extracting for 48 hours and placing the excess reaction reagent into the reaction container, so that the carbon fiber surface is negatively charged; (ii) placing the negative-charged carbon fiber and the aqueous solution of the flexible polymer into a container to react to obtain the carbon fiber with surface rich in polymer; (iii) placing the surface of the polymer-rich carbon fiber and rigid nano-particle suspension into a container to react to obtain the imitated pearl layer structure modified carbon fiber; and (iv) soaking the modified carbon fiber in acetone for cleaning and drying. USE - The method is useful for modifying carbon fiber surface using simulated pearl layer structure by electrostatic force. ADVANTAGE - The method uses electrostatic force to reasonably construct the imitated pearl layer structure, and is applied to the surface of the carbon fiber, exhibits the advantages of the flexible polymer and the nano particles and realizes the excellent composite effect through the synergistic effect between them.
