NOVELTY - Preparation of nano-silver-carbon antibacterial and mite-proof honeycomb net material, involves (1) mixing and extracting Eucalyptus leaves and wormwood to obtain an extract, (2) modifying carbon fiber to obtain modified carbon fiber, and using the modified carbon fiber and silver nitrate solution as raw material to obtain nano-silver carbon fiber, (3) mixing nano-silver carbon fiber and graphene-strontium cerium oxide nano-powder to prepare nanoparticles, and modifying the nanoparticles using N-(beta-aminoethyl)-gamma-aminopropylmethyltriethoxysilane to obtain modified nanoparticles, and (4) using vinyl polyethylene oxide polyol, ethylene glycol polyether polyol, polyester polyol adipate, and divinylbenzene as raw material to prepare component (A), taking isocyanate and azobisisobutyronitrile as raw material to prepare component (B), stirring and mixing the component (A), component (B), extract, and modified nanoparticles, foaming, and forming the honeycomb-shaped mesh. USE - Preparation method of nano-silver-carbon antibacterial and mite-proof honeycomb net material for preparing mattress or cushion (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of nano-silver-carbon honeycomb net material with excellent antibacterial and mite-proof effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A preparation method of nano-silver-carbon antibacterial and mite-proof honeycomb net material, involves (1) mixing and extracting Eucalyptus leaves and wormwood in a mass ratio of 1:(0.2-0.4) to obtain an extract, (2) modifying the carbon fiber by p-aminobenzoic acid to obtain modified carbon fiber, and taking the modified carbon fiber and silver nitrate solution as raw material to obtain nano-silver carbon fiber under the condition of UV illumination, (3) uniformly mixing nano-silver carbon fiber and graphene-strontium cerium oxide nano-powder to prepare nanoparticles, and modifying the nanoparticles using N-(beta-aminoethyl)-gamma-aminopropylmethyltriethoxysilane to obtain modified nanoparticles, and (4) using vinyl polyethylene oxide polyol, ethylene glycol polyether polyol, polyester polyol adipate, and divinylbenzene as raw material to prepare component (A), taking isocyanate and azobisisobutyronitrile as raw material to prepare component (B), stirring and uniformly mixing the component (A), component (B), extract, and modified nanoparticles, and foaming to obtain soft polyurethane foam, and forming the honeycomb-shaped mesh by mesh treatment to obtain a final product. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1.a nano-silver-carbon antibacterial and mite-proof honeycomb net material; and 2.an application of nano-silver-carbon antibacterial and mite-proof honeycomb net material in preparation of mattress or cushion.
