NOVELTY - The preparation method of nano antibacterial master batch, involves (1) mixing graphene oxide and deionized water to form suspension, ultrasonically dispersing, adding tetraethoxysilane, adjusting pH, stirring, filtering, washing and drying to obtain silicon dioxide/graphene oxide nano material, (2) mixing deionized water, silicon dioxide/graphene oxide nano material nanomaterial, pyrrolidone solution, and sodium borohydride solution, ultrasonically dispersing and stirring, adding silver nitrate solution, reacting, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain silver/silicon dioxide/graphene oxide nanomaterials, (3) mixing prepared silver/silicon dioxide/graphene oxide nanomaterials and coupling agent, and cooling to obtain surface-modified silver/silicon dioxide/graphene oxide nanomaterials, (4) mixing the obtained surface-modified silver/silicon dioxide/graphene oxide nanomaterials and polyethylene powder to obtain mixed powder, heating, extruding, air-cooling and pelletizing. USE - Preparation of nano antibacterial master batch. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of nano antibacterial master batch by simple process, ensuring excellent product barrier performance, high stability and excellent antibacterial effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of nano antibacterial master batch, involves (1) mixing graphene oxide and deionized water to form suspension and ultrasonically dispersing at 5000-20000 Hz for 0.1-1 hour, adding tetraethoxysilane, adjusting pH of solution to 8-10, stirring at 70-100 rpm for 0.5-3 hours, filtering, washing and drying to obtain silicon dioxide/graphene oxide nano material, (2) mixing deionized water, silicon dioxide/graphene oxide nano material nanomaterial, pyrrolidone solution, and sodium borohydride solution, and ultrasonically dispersing for 0.1-1 hour at 5000-20000 Hz, and stirring at 70-100 rpm, adding silver nitrate solution, reacting at 50-100degreesC for 1-5 hours, filtering the obtained suspension, washing, and drying to obtain silver/silicon dioxide/graphene oxide nanomaterials, (3) mixing the prepared silver/silicon dioxide/graphene oxide nanomaterials and coupling agent at 60-90degreesC for 5-30 minutes, and cooling to room temperature to obtain surface-modified silver/silicon dioxide/graphene oxide nanomaterials, (4) mixing the obtained surface-modified silver/silicon dioxide/graphene oxide nanomaterials and polyethylene powder at 500-750 rpm for 15-30 minutes to obtain mixed powder, and heating the mixed powder at 150-200degreesC, extruding, air-cooling and pelletizing.
